Easy Microwave Oreo Cupcake

This is one of my favorite cupcakes.. It can even be made if you are in rush, just takes about 5-6 minutes...

Ingredients:

6 oreo biscuits
3 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon fruit salt Eno, preferably..  (Or 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda will do too)
1 tablespoon Oil or butter
Shredded chocolate, 1 oreo biscuit, whipped cream/ vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips (All are Optional, as they are for decoration..)

Method:

Break the biscuits roughly, and then grind them in the mixer grinder.
Now add milk and fruit salt, mix well.
Take mould, or you can even use microwave safe mug. Coat the inner wall of the mould or cup with oil or butter, now pour the batter into the mould just enough to fill up 1/3rd of the mould. Add in the shredded chocolate at the top.
After that I place the mould in the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds, you can adjust the time according to your microwave, but never keep it more than 2 minute and 30 seconds, preferably.
Once you take it out, let it cool down for 5 minutes.
You can decorate it with whipped cream/vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips on top, if you desire so.. You can even top it with an oreo biscuit, like in the image below... I personally prefer this...
