Low Calorie Chocolate Rolls

Who does not love a chocolate roll? And when it is a low calorie one, even those on diet can take a bite too... 😉
Let us start...


Ingredients:

500 gram of Marie biscuits
500 gram of Paneer
200 ml of Milk
30 gram of cocoa powder
Sugarfree (optional)


Method:

First crush all the biscuits in mixer grinder. Then crumble the paneer and knead it with the biscuits with the help of milk and make dough like the one you make for chapatis...
  Divide it into 2 portions and mix one portion with cocoa powder.
  Now take two silver foil papers and on one flatten the white portion with rolling pin and on another, flatten the chocolate portion with rolling pin. Now keep the white portion atop the chocolate portion and start folding them together (remove the silver foil of the white portion), carefully and slowly so that no cracks develop in the roll.
  When you are done folding it in silver foil, keep it in freeze for an hour. And once you manage to resist that one hour, congratulations, the chocolate roll is all yours...
